The objectives of APO are to operate safely, efficiently and responsibly, each concession it manages in accordance to contract.
APO employees’ shared core values of honesty, integrity and respect for people, underpin all the work the company does and are the foundation of the APO code of conduct and business principles policy.
Together these represent a critical business resource and an aid to good decision making.
This code is intended to help us recognize issues involving business integrity and take appropriate actions with confidence.
The principles apply to all transactions, large or small, and drive the behaviour expected of every employee in APO in the conduct of APO related business at all times.
APO and its workforce are judged by how they act. The company’s reputation will be upheld when it acts in accordance with the law and its Business Principles. We also expect our business partners to live by these principles or have an equivalent guide for their respective business.
