We encourage any company that believes it can potentially be a supplier of goods and services for APO to register as a vendor.
This will ensure that we are aware of your company’s capabilities and can properly consider your company for invitation to tender for available contracts.
Once the request for registration is submitted, your company information will be reviewed by APO’s vendor registration team for categorization and further short-listing. This database (along with categorization) will be accessible by the Contracting and Procurement department at APO.
It is important that you provide a concise but thorough description of your company’s core products, services, and capabilities.
Inclusion in the database does not guarantee a bid opportunity.

Speak Up
APO has a reporting policy and tool called ‘Speak Up’. Our policy requires APO’s employees, and encourages others, to report any situation where there is reason to suspect that there has been a breach, or suspected breach, of APO’s Business Principles or other misconduct. ‘Speak Up’ is accessible by phone or by email, for confidential communication of concerns.
